One of the most important tasks that we have at this time, during which astrology is becoming a part of our mainstream, global culture, after nearly 2,000 years of suppression in the West, and secrecy in the East, is to redefine astrology.

The way that I'm presenting this sounds like a class assignment, but it's not.  This is simply an effort to pull people together, to form a think tank.  And hopefully, from this think tank, astrology will be redefined, through Project RDA1; and that, through the other projects, astrology will experience a revolution that it has not seen in 2,000 years.  So please do not feel obligated to answer these questions as though they are homework—they’re not.  Answer these questions if you choose to take part in this revolution.

Here is my proposed definition of astrology:

Astrology--The art of interpreting the relationship between any particular point in space-time, and any particular quality in time, or even to another point in space-time. Because not all astrologies include planets in their calculation, astrology is not always the art of interpreting the relationships between planets. Planets may represent certain qualities of time, but they are not part of the fundamental study of astrology.

This is not just about redefining astrology.  This would be the space to use to add and edit definitions to the page of definitions on the main site.  As definitions are added here, I get emails, alerting me that this has been done.  At this point, I can upload them, when they are refined, to the site listed above.  Please visit that site to see what defiinitions need to be created.

This is my first time using the PBWiki page, so I'm not sure what sort of format you should use to answer these questions.  I think that you will just click "edit" and insert your answers below the questions.  Please keep them short, and remember that this is a community effort--don't be offended if somebody purposefully or accidentally modifies your response.
