To create a new page, all you need to do is click "Create a New Page," and type your content--just as though you are typing an email.  At the bottom, you will click save.  Once you have done this, return to the Front page, and click the "Edit" tab.  If there is already an appropriate section for your content in the table, then just type the title of your new page in one of the appropriate boxes, highlight the text, click the hyperlink button above (the globe with the infinity symbol), and choose your page from the dropdown menu.  Then your content will be nicely arranged on the front page of this wiki!
